AmaTerra can have as many as 20 different contracts with a single client, each contract with three or four different billing rates. ClickTime makes it easy for their team to associate the right billing rate to the right work for the right project.

"We perform a good deal of federal work. It's very important to us that our data is accurate and audit-worthy. If there are any changes to the data in ClickTime, it is tracked and audited, and timesheets are locked once submitted for approval," said Quincy.
AmaTerra employees often travel for site visits or to meet with clients. ClickTime's mobile app makes it easy for them to track time when working remotely from any location.
"We use a combination of online timesheets and the mobile app. We have crew who never actually come into the office. They use the mobile app. Overall, it's an awesome option. People get in late at night and don't want to go to a computer," said Quincy.
"ClickTime is great for expense tracking too," said Quincy. "Our team can take a picture of their receipts and easily upload it to our account. That's a big bonus."
